This online atlas utilizes the Environmental Systems Research
Institute's (ESRI) ArcView Internet Map Server software for
serving the data. Please note that there are known issues with
this software and certain versions of Netscape browsers, which
may prevent some data layers from being displayed. There are no
known issues with Microsoft Internet Explorer. The maps and data

Partnership objectives. Data layers and information on the CDs and on this
website were contributed by: U. S. Geological Survey, City of
Bozeman, Montana, Gallatin County, Montana, U. S. Forest Service,
National Park Service, The National Atlas of the United States of
America (tm), Montana State University, Environmental Systems

CACI, US Department of Transportation, and LandView - RTKNET.
In addition to internal resources, the USGS has utilized ESRI as
a contract resource to accomplish some of the data integration
and translation activity in support of the development of the CD
atlas. USGS also funded the creation of an ESRI ArcView Data
Publisher (AVDP) CDROM software project. ArcView data publisher
software is a licensed product of ESRI. ESRI donated the ArcView
data publisher software licenses for this Digital atlas as part
of their contribution to the Aurora Partnership.
